  Been dinning at this location for many years. The food is always very good and the staff is very professional. My last visit saw me there for a pick up. The parking lot was full only parking in the back I got a space and quickly got it. Luck was on my side on the back door was marked exit only now meaning it will be a trip around the building this trip I did. Went in and was ready to use the exit door only at the back. I got my pick up paid and was happily heading for the exit couple yards away a waiter yelled you cannot exit there. I was in a good mood the food smelled good so I just turned and decided to do the journey around the building in the hot sun. Just at my point of leaving the store I saw a young lady who with her looks and composure I assumed she must be a manager I went over to her and told her about not able to exit at the back. Only to be told it was an emergency exit. Long story short The manager took care of business I did not walk around the building. I told them to write emergency exit only on the outside and now hoping this will be done. EXCELLENT JOB BY THE MANAGER. STORE WILL BE MINE FOR A LONG TIME.

  I came here with my husband and sons for dinner earlier. The host girl with the pink glasses and curly hair seemed to be very annoyed and upset with us arriving. She seemed almost like she didn't want us there. But our waitress was amazing. She came quick with hot biscuits and drinks. I enjoyed the mixed grilled shrimp and salmon and my son loved his popcorn shrimp. And our desserts were amazing. Me and my husband had the cheesecake while my sons shared a chocolate wave. Definitely would come again. Just hope I don't have to see that girl again.

  Love this red lobster, especially for lunch because it's not packed. The waitress wasn't the best but that's not usually the case. The salmon was soft and tender but crispy underneath. The Thai shrimp was ok, but shrimp tender. The crab legs were great, you can never really go wrong there. You also get salad and unlimited biscuits. Overall great experience.

  If I can give this restaurant a 0 I would! I went there to eat the other day and found a huge moth in the classic caesar salad! Gross!!! I notify the manager and she saw it. She still insisted that I stay and finish my meal after I lost my appetite and wanted to leave. The waitresses were still serving that same batch of salad to other customers after the manager was fully aware of it, and you would think she would have done something about it but she did nothing. I never got a refund all she offered was a $35 gift card hoping that I would return! No way!!! If that salad was dirty everything is! That’s to show you that if they would’ve saw that moth in the salad, they would’ve just taken it out and still serve it. I could’ve gotten sick 😷 BEWARE!

  Upon entering, the hostess sat another couple before us at 10:45 pm and we were starving! We were both upset by this and almost left but I really wanted some king crab legs so we stayed and thankfully we did. Tyleeik was our server and he was AMAZING!! From placing our order to drinks, Tyleeik was phenomenal and he saved our day. The good was good and so were the drinks.
